Active groups compete on a 24-hour board (Top 10). Separate channel alerts fire when a group climbs into a better Top 3 rank than it already alerted this stint — not on drops or reclaiming the same rank.

Score (simplified)

Competitions, target raids, large follows, AI gens, and member count. All-Access / Premium groups get +50%. Groups under 10 members are excluded. Private groups need a portal link so people can join from Trending posts. In-group #trending N can deep-link to the channel post. Trending is automatic; there is no “turn on Trending” toggle in /settings.
